To ensure that you receive the best chance of success at assessment and value for money, we operate a maximum Candidate/Instructor ratio of 4:1.
IRATA recommend a safe maximum candidate/instructor ratio of 6:1.
Safety is Paramount
Your
trainers are fully qualified in equipment inspection, rescue and
First Aid for Work at Height. Mark Wright Training Limited have
an exemplary safety record. The
IRATA rope access industry has a very high safety record due to
the thorough technical training and equipment inspection. Although
rescue scenarios are very rare in the rope access industry, you
will practice rescue with your team during training.

Wright is a qualified IRATA Level 3 Instructor
and IRATA Assessor. He is the Chairman of the
IRATA Training Committee and is always fully conversant
with current industrial regulations and industry best practice.
Liam
Wright is a qualified IRATA Level 3 Instructor and PPE
Examiner.
Liam has worked for leading rope access companies for over 8 years
on a number of prestigious contracts including London's 'Swiss
Re' building (the 'Gherkin'). Highly regarded as an instructor,
Liam delivers a challenging and thorough IRATA Level 2 & 3
syllabus .
Dave
Cowley is a qualified IRATA Level 3 Instructor and IRATA
Assessor and Work at Height First Aider. Former Outdoor Pursuits
Instructor, Dave has worked for over 12 Years in the industry
both on and off-shore, world wide. He is widely respected for
his patience and clarity of instruction in his delivery of the
IRATA Level 1 course syllabus.
Angela
Wright works as part of the team and is responsible for
this web site, all promotional materials, design and visual training
aids, she co-illustrated the IRATA 'International Code of Practice'
(ICOP).

Comfortable Clean Well Equipped Surroundings.
Our Classroom is modern, bright and comfortable with excellent audio-visual and practical training aids. You will have access to a laptop and the internet, so you can research job opportunities and training topics.
You can relax and socialise in the 'brew-room'. Tea, coffee machine, fridge and microwave are all available.

Equip yourself to suit your needs
If you find work with a large company you may not need to buy a full Industrial Rope Access kit. Your trainer will advise you, but your discount will always be valid so that you can order the equipment should you do need it. A next day delivery is usually possible for orders placed before 11am.
Comprehensive Training Manual
As a course candidate you will receive a free copy of the Mark Wright Training Limited, Industrial Rope Access Manual. This will serve you well in your continued development in the industry. Fully up to date with current legislation and industrial best practice, this document is widely regarded and used worldwide.
